1. Definitions

Please note the basis upon which your tattoo consultation or sitting are booked through International Artists Agency, hereafter defined as IAA.

2. General Terms

The contract for service of your consultation or tattoo sitting rests solely between yourself and IAA for the entire duration of your consultation and/or your or sitting between IAA, and/or any and all affiliated studios. Artists or venues cannot be held liable for actions/consequences of said parties or circumstances beyond their control. You be will be required to sign terms & conditions of agreement upon your arrival at the premises. If you fail to attend, all deposits and monies paid including any gift vouchers are non refundable, including all credit/debit card payments made. Due to the data protection act 1984, we cannot discuss personal details surrounding a transaction or booking with anyone except the customer.
